character and balance. We roast with precision to highlight aroma,
body, and clarity. Then we slow things down. We grind fresh for
every order. We weigh, time, and calibrate. Water temperature,
extraction, texture: every variable matters. Because consistency is

OUR FOOD
Good food starts with good ingredients. Simple as that. We
choose fresh, seasonal products and work with local suppliers
whenever possible. Milk delivered daily. Free-range eggs. Real
butter. Stone-milled flour. No premixes. No shortcuts. No artificial
flavors. Our pancakes are made to order, light and warm off the pan.
Our croissants are laminated with real butter for a crisp, golden
finish. Our muffins are baked fresh every morning; soft inside,
perfectly balanced, never too sweet. Because quality isn’t something

milk, plant-based alternatives, and natural sweeteners to create
